- Writing for two years as a features reporter for the Daily Kent Stater, a nationally awarded collegiate publication where I have:
-Collaborated with editors and designers
-Interviewed celebrities
-Developed a wide range of journalistic abilities
- Serving the KCS for two years, planning socials, charity events, and promoting the School of Communication Studies. Recently elected treasurer for the fall 2012 semester.
- Working both on and off camera at the student-ran television station where I also devised promotional strategies for the marketing committee.
- Being selected to write a chapter for an anthology of American advertising called "We Are What We Sell." My published topic was Super Bowl advertising, and I called it "Break Time is Game Time."
